Women in Alabama deserve access to healthcare and protections from discrimination and violence. For too long, our state has failed to uphold these rights, restricting access to healthcare, underfunding protections against domestic violence, and allowing workplace inequities to persist. It’s time for bold action to ensure ALL women in Alabama have the support, resources, and protections they need.

1. Accessible Healthcare: Ensure access to contraception and comprehensive women’s health and reproductive services, for all women and mothers, especially in rural areas. 
2. Workplace Equality & Economic Justice: Strengthen protections against workplace violence and support affordable childcare and paid family leave.
3. Safety & Justice: increase funding for domestic violence shelters and survivor support services and reform policies to protect victims of sexual assault and domestic abuse.
